I’ve tried to use the tips demonstrated in this video. I’m a senior golfer, almost 70. I found that with irons I hit better and more consistent shots when I keep and maintain more weight forward throughout my swing.

Struggling after a 10 year layoff. Now I realize how I must change my swing as I am 80. Wish me luck!

Finally something I can understand and master and I’m 78. Added distance and direction. Where you been for 40 years😂😂

From Wiltshire UK. Anything simple to do with golf I love. This is simple. I have spinal synosis and rubbish quads from walking too many Spanish Camino. Not only could this help my golf swing but could keep me going until I’m 80, in two years time. Will try it out tomorrow. Watch this space.

Very simple golf swing. Step 2 and 3 go hand in hand tbh I feel like 3 should have been to get rid of as much tension as possible as that makes the ball go further and squares clubface without trying

@darrenhadden1037 says:

Bonus tip keep tension out of your arms wrists shoulders and watch the ball fly!

This is so good it's not just for seniors ❤
