CFVC: The clubs of the central Florida bring together players of similar level to face off in a stroke play [Tips]

★ゴルフネットワークで4日間全ラウンド生中継／同時配信 2019年8月1日(木)～8月4日(日) コース：ウォーバーンゴルフクラブ (イングランド) 実況：田中雄介　解説：菅野仁美（前半）／岡本綾子（後半） https://www.golfnetwork.co.jp/lpga/tournament/aig_womens_british_open ★出場日本人選手 畑岡奈紗、横峯さくら、上原彩子、渋野日向子、鈴木愛、上田桃子、勝みなみ、比嘉真美子、安田祐香（アマチュア） 海外女子メジャートーナメント最終戦はイングランド、ロンドンから北西80kmに位置するウォーバーンゴルフクラブで行われる。1976年スコットランドの設計家チャールズ・ロウリー設計で開場。2018年ライダーカップでも活躍した人気者イアン・ポールターがクラブのツアープロとして在籍している。全英女子オープンも1984年、2016年に開催したコースだ。昨年は世界ランク51位だった比嘉真美子が3日目まで2位につけ、1977年の樋口久子以来アジア人2人目のメジャー優勝を狙ったが、惜しくも4位Tで終わった。優勝は地元イングランドの22歳ジョージア・ホール。LPGAツアー参戦1年目でメジャータイトルを獲得した。また同コースで開催された2016年大会では、当時20歳のタイの新星アリヤ・ジュタヌガーンがメジャー初優勝。世界ランクを3か月で32位から2位まで上げ、トッププロの仲間入りを果たした。今年はKIAクラシックで優勝し波に乗る畑岡奈紗を筆頭に、米国で活躍する上原彩子、横峯さくら、さらにオーガスタ女子アマで3位、アジアパシフィック女子アマで優勝した安田祐香らがメジャー制覇に挑む。 #ゴルフ#全英女子オープン#ゴルフネットワーク#golf#golfnetwork
