Anything like that that doesn't cost an arm and a leg lol.

This is a very helpful review. Just got an R10 to use at the driving range, but thinking about a net for practice in the garden.
Just a thought – you are set up with the ball far over to the right hand side of the net. If you set up with the ball in the centre of the net would that give you more protection against shanks?

@capitanrdc99 says:

Do you trust Forb Net to be safe for practicing driver shots?

@mangomanau says:

Put a cardboard box in front of you to help catch any shanks.

@Chewbacca0678 says:

I can shank it out of that net any day..

I'm think to buy this cage and r10 but i'm afraid the required depth will be to much. What is the minimum distance between the cage and the ball to play drivers?

@Spookych1cken says:

Great review, what is the astro mat you use if you don't mind me asking ?

@aljames7345 says:

I looked at buying this when it came out. I atill think its too clunky and not fast enough setup dismantle for quick sessions. I got the 7ft spornia, up n seconds and down as quickly. Good honest review though. I believe the perfect golf net is still to be designed.

Spornio golf net

Mine's broken in 5 places in the first 50 shots with a 7 iron. Good times.

6-hour Round! Can't believe you are still married.

@colmbyrne2845 says:

Great video! Just wondering if the frame is 8ft wide from the widest part of the pole on either side or is the actual impact net 8ft wide? I'm thinking of getting it for my garage which is 8ft wide but with the way the poles bend outwards, I'm worried it won't fit (and can't find exact dimensions online). Cheers

@RonaldMcMartin says:

this in 10ftx10ft would be perfection for garden use. Still petrifies me not being able to be within the net or at least inline, JUST incase of that dreaded awful shank or ultra high lob

@chrispannerz4084 says:

Great video and awesome net! cant justify the price, I was hoping this one would stop me from building one

@leewilkinson708 says:

Hi, Any issues with the R10 giving accurate (ish) readings hitting into the net ? I’ve read somethings about it not working.
Just bought this net and looking to buy the r10 next.

@rflick66 says:

Great looking net. Would love to have something like this for indoor use. Unfortunately my ceilings are too low to take a full swing anywhere so I’ll have to invest in a bigger house before the net comes into play!

@chrisxmc5676 says:

Amazing video I loved the timelaps!!! Any recommandtion on drivers? ive been looking for a good one for awhile

@perrywiggins6567 says:

Great video. Love this product. Too bad I have a dumb dog that leaves land mines in the lawn.

@GolfAddict says:

Another good review mate, £300 is pretty expensive for a 'net' but at least it looks like a proper golf product. Add in circa £300 for a 2nd hand R10 and a few quid for a mat and you are not a kick in the arse off £650 for a practice setup.

@RajKumar-zm4ll says:

Nice one Kevin. If you are worried about your lob wedge going over the net just move the mat closer to the net
