I remember an article in Golf Digest, or Golf Magazine, sometime around 2000-2001 where "hotspot" images were shown of all the current "name" drivers. Almost all of them had the sweet spot slightly high, and towards the toe. The only exception was Titleist's then current offering (983K?), which had the sweet spot in the dead-center of the face.
If I could consistently hit the sweet spot, and hit “up” on the ball…I wouldn’t be here.
