THIS IS UNEXPECTED!! Are there any that you think should be in there?

@ssp_2015 says:

The strata set you showed is actually $650. The $300 set is only 7 clubs. Strata is also made by callaway.

@user-ji1gp7ry4p says:

I bought a set of the Strata’s this spring to get back into golf and you are correct the putter is garbage. Fortunately through a treasured program I have at work I just ordered an Odyssey DFX 7 to replace it with

@kchilz32 says:

Just got from OfferUp a callaway Strata ultimate 16 pcs women’s set for my wife brand new! The seller bought it last year but never got to go golfing. Every thing was still wrapped new and sealed box it currently retails for 600.00 US dollars at Dicks Sporting goods. I got them for 125.00 US dollars ????

@mikenajera3150 says:

What about Ram

@edwardspray5930 says:

Cobra set looks good

@christophervillarreal8565 says:

First year playing and got the Stix basic package set not even the full set and within 6 months got 85 at my local 18 course average around 90-95 but man every club was crazy good for never having lessons or playing. Light weight, sharp looking, and crazy good accuracy when hit proper. My driver goes 305-310 and I know I’m not hitting it perfect I’m pretty sure with proper lessons and better technique it will go even further!

@andysanders4869 says:

I've been told Tour Edge Bazooka 470 are worth the money coming in at £549

@BGID7 says:

I've had my Strata's (red set) for 4 years now, and the driver finally dented last night. Been a great value set for $500

@ricardosamuels7874 says:

Currently looking for a set to start my golf journey. & I Haven't a clue what to get ????

@melvin_eats says:

Where's the Wilson package sets?? I bought my Wilson X31 mens all graphite completed golf set with stand bag – 10 Piece Golf Set for £229 back in 2018. I still have them till now and have been a joy to own them.

@golfer963 says:

How far to set Of PowerBilt that was a piece of c***

@MrBushmaster509 says:

LOL he says best "cheap" golf package sets with Stix being #4.

@1979preach says:

I just ordered the Taylormade RBZ Speedlite. Haven't tried them out yet but will let you know

@Nobody2day553 says:

Some of these prices are insanely off in the states. The Strata set here is $600, the callaway xr is $1400

@kimm8675 says:

Here in the USA, I bought a Top Flite Senior flex golf set from Dick’s Sporting Goods for $259. I am female, but on the tall side, so the golf guy pointed me that set. So far I have replaced the driver and 3 wood. Plan on getting irons from Sun 70 soon. It’s a good set for someone who didn’t have any gear at all. Bag is decent too.

@thewatchman6074 says:

Stix should be no1 simply because of the quality wedges, giving consistent gapping throughout the set. As an aside, my first set of clubs ever were Donnay pinseekers (£100 ) which took me from total beginner to 14 handicap in two years, which just proves practice and technique are the most important equipment in your golf game. Expensive equipment just enhances your hard work.

@robintompkins8745 says:

Tour Edge Bazooka Black set should be in there as a new golfer I bought this set for two reasons first I thought as a new golfer I would damage clubs whilst I am learning and Tour Edge gives a lifetime guarantee meaning any damaged clubs or bag will be replaced free at anytime. 2nd it is a full set comprising:- 10.5 Driver, 3w, 5w, 4hy, 5hy, 6-9i, pw, sw and mallet putter with a stand bag. £549 so far i have only been to the range testing all the clubs but I am very impressed.

@lukasnyberg1703 says:

Getting back into golf so picked up the Callaway set, great set, bit pricey but feels and looks good. Will use it for 2-3 years then get a custom fitted set for sure.

@liquidsmokemustang1537 says:

Interesting. Since I just commented on ‘what would be a good set for a high handicapper’ on your AEG channel. Meaning…a set that will help with game improvement and not be outgrown too soon. Currently, I’m using a package set (from Costco), they are Taylormade R7 XD. Do you know this set? They are ok but, I need to correct my swing to really do better. That’s why I watch your videos.

@rrjsc says:

The strata set is good if you are beginning. I got them as beginner and have been practicing constantly for 6 months. On the verge of breaking 90. Last couple of rounds I hit 92.& 93. The irons are showing the wear and abuse and its about time for me to upgrade now to better set that will last longer. I dont regret getting the strata. Was great to learn from, dig in the ground with, etc. Until I improved.

@cuzisaidso4985 says:

Really like my Stix set…. started to get back in to golf last year and needed to replace my 20+year old clubs. Friends really like them too when they try them out.

@poonhandler520 says:

Thinking about getting back into golf. Haven't played in 20 years. And am thinking of getting a new set. And after this review I may go with the MacGregor's

@bowl816 says:

My 1st set was a used set gifted to me one day he came home with 2 used sets for us to spend time together. Later I upgraded it to Callaway woods and Ping irons I had gotten in free giveaways. I hardly played and sold them.

20+ years later I find myself getting back into the game, I had a course pro recommendation of Tour edge clubs. I found a box set and bought it. The driver shaft snapped on hole 16, I figured I could use the 3 wood in place of the driver in the upcoming tournament. I thought I would hit the range. The 3 wood cracked after about 12-14 hits. Both clubs hit nothing but the ball.

When I mentioned it to the course pro, he said that box sets in general are terrible for longevity. No more box sets for me.

I found a nice set of Cobra clubs, then Taylormade clubs. I will still with my solid used sets until I get better.

@peterschreiner9245 says:

Since I have never putted well (and don't get a chance to practice much) the Strata putter issue is a non-issue to me. As I commented on another channel, my experience with a "bargain" set (Dunlop) was SO BAD (heads separated from shafts, grips deteriorated IN 15 TO 20 ROUNDS-no, they were not left in a hot vehicle) I would shy from the Mac's or Strata (even if "owned" by Callaway).
