I just compared the two myself 2025 prov1x vs MP X and I thought it felt a bit firmer on mid irons. Launch straight off the driver and felt pretty good off the face around the greens. Definitely doesn’t check like a prov1x but play them enough and you can get used to it

@aidangriffiths5075 says:

Im happy with my chrome tour x

@BobbySims-zj4wb says:

Mizuno is still 50 a dozen, still around the same

@paulmcgee1867 says:

This or Wilson Staff or Triad

@Golfing-AddiCt says:

I've started buying the older Mizuno RB 566 ball, a decent ball and only £20 per dozen.!! It's an absolute win.!!

@roberttaylor1801 says:

They look good. The mid iron shot stopped quickly. Good for control. Will buy a sleeve when they filter down to my local course ????

@toddc3988 says:

Not sure why a golf hack like me wasted time watching this. I'm not good enough to hit any of these tour balls.

Mizuno has a very loyal following and it would be fun for them to have an option. For a premier tour ball, $40 a dozen isn't insulting. Still very very expensive, but not insultingly expensive.

@golfgolfgolf3 says:

I think for the avg golfer its more important to play the same ball every time so you can get used to the feel and how it plays with your swing

@gregorytatoian4181 says:

What driver are you hitting

@donalddopp1257 says:

I didn't like this test

@richardmalewski953 says:

$48 a dozen what a deal???? you crazy

@chrisscott558 says:

Mizuno paid promotion

@divotor147 says:

Maybe he should have mentioned any mid tier ball is fine for 95% of players.

@paulaskey1508 says:

£40 a dozen ? Still makes it almost double the price of similar performing Vice or Seed balls. No thanks.

@jameslaughter5183 says:

I think I'll stick to my stash of Titleist Tour Balatas.

@FF04RDF says:

For transparency….. are you guys paid to promote this product? A simple yes or no question.

@dickbroomer7877 says:

Hi Joel good review ????, but seemed very limited testing, I play a ProV1X , a year ago I bought a sleeve of Mizuno RB Tour x, preformed well but fell short on durability after a couple of rounds was marked up ????, so put it in my chipping balls (noticed the other day it was really scuffed up) they really need to improve the durability ????, on their New Ball, No one talks about how good the durability of ProV1s are, Thanks Dickey 9hcp 78year senior golfer
