Alex.. video from you showing the difference between the proper shoulder turn as shown here and the flat out of posture turn/sway as mentioned on here against a tilt.. I know when i started playing many years ago and watched instruction videos it confused me which way was correct.. It really messed me up for a long long time.. especially when someone says “your tilting” or “your swaying“ …

Nat seems to separate the rotation, not moving hips. Alex looks like you move the hips in the first exercise. Should hips be locked for this exercise?
