Excellent tip. Thanks to you both πŸ‘

SCEEECH says:

Have long thought that a kettlebell swing would help a lot of golfers.

Bob Reidy says:

Great tip. I am sure this will help my 73 year old frame to get into a better posture

DASH1ful says:

no. i don't know whether the hands down the side of the legs exercise is a good exercise or not, but it has absolutely nothing to with getting into the correct address position. and, you are actually compressing your spine when you use this method to get into the address position. a player should press back with the base of their neck to lower their body into the address position. it stretches the spine out, whilst ensuring that the back is relaxed, enabling a player swing freely.

Ryan Sing says:

Great video! You're showing the deadlift position and that may relate to many people who actually do that. What do you think about weight distribution in the feet? I think about keeping my weight somewhat in my toes like an Olympic snatch rather than back like a deadlift. Not sure that's correct but feels right.

Pie says:

It’s a deadlift

Jonathan Thatcher says:

I’m definitely the victim of spending my life at the desk. I love the idea of a simple way of getting into a good golf posture. I’d like the standard LTDx please.

Philip Braithwaite says:

Great short video that is straight to the point.
You too work well together and would make a great couple πŸ’‘.
Look forward to more tips.

Len Frame says:

Amazing! I struggle w posture and this tip is something I will be practicing. Thank you!

Madhav Gokhale says:

it certainly looks quite stable and athletic. I'm wondering though by pushing the hips back , will the weight not sit outside the ankles. it does look like the posterior is pushed away from the ankles as a result of pushing hips back. that does not seem to be conducive to swinging. almost as if the pelvis is tilted anterior and the back arched. Or have I got it wrong.

Toby Evers says:

Fantastic drill! I've been working hard on my swing speed and distance game for the last few months, and really seeing some gains, but this is great for getting a repeatably consistent position to work with. Would be stoked to get the LTDx LS too!

praktivar says:

Absolutely correct, bad posture is one of my bad habits. Starting to correct now. Cobra King ltdx max

Peter Hood says:

Great tip thank you. I do have the hunch problem definitely… I will try this.

Hasier Rekondo YOGA says:

Ia this good if you have sacroiliac pain? Thanks

Jeff Nahass says:

Aren’t these dead lift variations? Being that your hips have to come back and your core and back have to be flexed for support.

Jason Velez says:
