In this video I show my backyard outdoor golf simulator. I use a Mevo+ launch monitor on my setup. Here are links some of the items used for this simulator build.

Mevo+ unit ► https://www.flightscopemevo.com/

Golf cage nets ► https://jones-sports.com/
I purchased the golf net insert 14'w x 12'h x 10'h
and the 10'x10′ practice net baffle.
I used bungee balls to attach the netting to the cage.

Golf cage frame fittings ► https://www.a1tarps.com/
Due to conduit being 10′ long, and the cage needing
14′ & 12′ lengths I did purchased two-way connectors
and spliced together pipes to get my lengths.

Hitting mat ► https://5stargolfmats.com/
I purchased the Gorilla Perfect Reaction 5'x5′ mat

Golf net target stripe ► https://www.justfornets.com/

Astroturf, turf spices, & edging ► https://www.amazon.com/

Conduit and concrete ► From Lowes or Home Depot

Great video and thanks for the insight. New sub here! Our channel does a lot of portable, budget builds – this setup would be awesome to have!

Looks really good ! I’m now working on my home made cage and will work my way out to the simulator

I love your set up. Do you think that you could’ve got away with ten feet high or is twelve feet the way to go? Ty

@matttracks6305 says:

What is the target strip made of? Where did you get it from?

@christopherd7922 says:

Hi what an excellent job you did. I see that for the conduit and connectors you spent $95. I see that today for just one piece of conduit at 10 feet is $21.24 at Lowes. I was wondering if that $95 was just for the connectors or has inflation driven it all up that much? Do you recall how many pieces of conduit that you needed for the project? ty

@LonnieJohnson-e8g says:

Excellent video! What did you use for a base under your artificial turf? How did you fasten the turf to the base?

@tylertheriot8922 says:

How long does your nets last? I know the sun can completely destroy everything

@Thebradybunchh says:

Hey man, i love the setup. How many EMT conduits did you end up buying in order to splice some for the different lengths?

@lennymcgee9651 says:

What did you do to secure the cage to the ground?

Great Video. Would love an update. I live in florida and worry about rainy season . Also if you have dogs and do they roam in there?

@nashvillelicks5247 says:

@RussMN says:

Nice work. Any thoughts on if 1 inch pipe was good enough? Could I get away with going larger?
