@chriswright2411 says:

All brilliant pointers. One I have to remind myself of each time when getting the shoulder tilt is to make sure I haven’t opened the shoulders as well as tilted. Do you see this with many players @markcrossfield?

@davidtaylor5216 says:

best to worst…1/ short game, 2/putting 3/ driving 4/ fairway woods and hybrid….

@kentbrown3736 says:

My best – worst.
1. Putting
2. Chipping
3. Driving
4. F.W.
5. Mid irons

@davepoulsen1007 says:

Thanks for this Mark – some pearls of wisdom here

@SolomonLi says:

Always love a good Parfield instructional video. Great tips and checkpoints Mark!

@joshhill3010 says:

This video was exceptional! The basics! So many YT vids cover power power power and brush over the fundamentals. I'm for sure a reacher and it's leading to a lot of toe strikes (I mean the very very end of the club!) as I'm just too far away! Off to give this a whirl today!

@c00raw67 says:

I honestly struggle with my irons, i toe it, chunk it, and then the distqnce i thibk its suppose tongo im way short.. i have no idea what im doing haha! HELP

@niksandemanallen1056 says:

Great to see you still producing straightforward, informative videos – even if you started sounding a bit breathless towards the end! Let's put it down to enthusiasm, rather than advancing years!!!!! Hope Mum and Dad still well. Nik.

@karlwoolley9092 says:

Mr Crossfield, nobody, absolutely nobody, does this better than you. So simple to understand and easy to put into practice. Thank you.

@Brownleerfc1 says:

Great videos thanks for posting. Gonna try some of these. Really struggling with driver. New to golf.

@aaronmccardie8795 says:

For me i tee the ball 3+ inches high to make me hit the ball on the up ,for me it works i normally hit the ball slightly centre toe .

@scallywagturk says:

And something that is over looked: keep your grip pressure nice and light. Keeps your hands out of the equation.

@dap786 says:

One thing I found that has helped me with driver is lifting the club head off the ground at address. It encourages a higher trajectory, more distance, less fat shots and seems to get me a cleaner strike.

@matthewjohnson1643 says:

It’s crazy I hit my 3 wood better off the tee.

@atamagashock says:

I suck at driver and it’s driving me crazy, especially since I hit my irons almost too straight with a great ball flight. Driver, everything about it feels wrong for me. It’s almost like I forget how to even swing a golf club and I’m always in my head. Once in a blue moon everything clicks and I hit it very good, the other 80% I feel like broke down robot

@nickskerrett5240 says:

Except for the arm position (stretching) I was literally working on this the other day, at the range.
As well as picking a target line asd my routine, it definitely helps.

I still don't know what the driver head should look like at address. If that makes no sense to you Mark I guess I mean should I be able to see any of the face in the same way you can see more on a shorter iron. I'm probably asking more about loft in a way.

I find myself thinking my driver face isn't down my target line and will fiddle with hand position until I think it's square and by then I usually figure it's taken too long and just sund it.

@michaeljeremiah9221 says:

Nice ????????

@Apym289 says:

Are the Asics golf shoes available in UK yet?

@darrentones-pz4ei says:

Brilliant Mark. Struggling with driver for 6 months with a big fade. Losing distance.
One question. With driver are hands in front when hitting ball or hands behind the ball strike? What's is hand position on set up please?

@robgrays1 says:

Another great video Mark! I have a terrible slice at times! Hopefully this will help me sort things out! ????????

@blindsquirrel3123 says:

Excellent presentation! Thanks, Mark!

@mickwalsh7915 says:

I’m a stretcher. When I move the ball closer to my feet with the driver I feel stuck and can’t make a nice wide swing and I feel too steep. Is this something I need to persevere with to improve consistency of strike ?
