One of the most common questions we all have while playing a round of golf is, “Can I try that putt or chip again?” Not for score just for our own peace of mind. Well the answer as expected is sometimes you can and sometimes you can’t. In this video we walk through USGA Rule 5.5 a & b which explains those scenarios on both sides of the situation. I’m thinking, why is this video on a rule 9 minutes long? No way I’m watching all that. Kept me chuckling the whole time and it was over too soon. ????
Is this how you'd characterize the jerk who plays multiple balls for an entire round? Anything beyond a single ball would all be practice shots?
Very useful, thanks, Andy.
