Well done Pete ???? ????
thank you so much for the swing tips
i'm a 60's rediscoverd golfer and thought my rotation was ok, but after watching my wife's
recording of my swing, oh dear! your vid will hopfully get me past the 1/4 back swing, plus
i might have to start yoga to get more flex
thanks for the video. always great content. and…. where did you get those hexagonal panels in the background???
I would say be careful fanning the trail foot if you are "swayer". Keeping it square with weight on the inside of the foot is what many coaches teach to counter sway.
Doesn't your head sway off the ball when you tilt
9:39 cant wait to go to the range and smell some grips in front of everybody
This has been the biggest change to your game Pete that I’ve noticed.
The switch to hitting big high draws as your stock shot rather than the soft fade/OB slice/OB pull hook, you had for a few years. This has been massive for the standard of golf you’ve turned out on your videos over the last year. People take note, this can change your game if you struggle with a slice.
Pete can you do a video on weight shift. Specifically how early to re-centre and move back towards target after initial move away. Again with the big turn into the backswing I’ve noticed how early you’re moving towards the target. Way before the backswing is complete. Would be interesting to get the Finchy take on this!
Lifting the front foot also helps the downswing a lot. Since being coached out of it I lost a lot of feel for the swing.
I intend on putting it back on and expect a small speed increase, improved timing (although its ok at present) and consistency.
Great drills. The tip you mentioned about lifting the left heel is helpful too. I've started doing that now that I'm 50 and wish I'd started doing it earlier.
i never thought of maintaining the tilt angle as well. i was only focused on the spine angle. i think you just gave me the missing link in my back swing. love your and the teams videos. hello from south africa.
Will flaring the feet aide in getting better depth?.
Do not CAPS it all. Kieran hopefully enjoys life.
Loved the use of that 2006 PowerPoint rotation transition at 10 seconds
