G-TRAK's patented brackets mount into place around your garage door tracks without interfering with the up and down functionality of your garage door. It stays clear of vehicles coming and going.

REMOTE CONTROLLED
Push the down button and G-TRAK unrolls into position. When done playing or training, just push the up button and G-TRAK retracts back up and out of the way for your vehicles to be stored.

Is your garage heated? If not how does the projector hold up in the extreme conditions?

@richpearce3015 says:

Can you tell me how low the brackets hang from the rails? I’d like to get my golf cart in and out of the garage but would like to know what my clearance is with the included brackets. I know I can raise my tracks but if I don’t have to, I won’t. Thanks for the video and your feedback is welcomed!

Hey Jay, really appreciate all the golf sim content you put out I watch a lot of your stuff. I’ve been looking at this G-Trak set up and was wondering if you knew how long your promo code for the G-Trak with IndoorGolfShop is good for? I was hoping to buy this 1 year from now during Black Friday Sale + your promo code but didn’t know if the code would work next year. Any idea if your promo code for this expires?

@tjy698 says:

When it is time to replace the screen how does that work?

@Nick-kq2sw says:

Thanks for the video. Helpful as I'm getting one.

@johnjanthor3364 says:

Thanks, I’m debating a retractable screen versus a screen pulled tight by support poles..Product looks good, worried the screen doesn’t appear tight and looks a little wrinkled to give a good clean screen presentation.. might be able to connect some supports to the sides,to tighten the screen.. also appears to be stretch marks in the center from the ball strike

@LeftyMurph says:

@golfsimulatorvideos can you please share what exact mat you are using that is easy to disassemble? You called it the "shop indoor golf" mat – are you talking about the sigpro mats? Fiberbuilt do not disassemble and are very heavy.

@jerrywbissey1797 says:

Mechanism was solid. Operation was solid. Screen was very then, loud, and moved a lot. Just not impressed with screen.

@leenelson7 says:

Love the concept but I think the screen movement and wrinkles would bother me.

@patrickcifaldi says:

Does this work on a power garage door that has a track system in middle?

@jerrywbissey1797 says:

Love your videos! I am looking at a retractable screen for my garage. I saw your short on G Trak. In their video and yours I really didn’t like the image. Too many wrinkles and movement. Can you comment on if that is a bad take or not? Quality of screen and image is important to me.

@dduncan86 says:

What is the height? My garage rails are about 12’ tall. Is it customizable?

@brucehunt7200 says:

You should check-out GungHo Golf out of Austin, TX. They have a solution that doesn't require tying-off the top and bottom corners of the side protectors/screen.

@denisegagner2887 says:

Super cool!

@jaelee995 says:

Thanks for the great videos of the golf simulators! I have a question. Which launch monitors have the mobile app for the swing cameras (capture and reply right after shots)? Foresightsports says it is currently unavailable for use in FSX Pro. I can't use the PC so the Swing Catalyst can't be an option 🙁

@craigsmith2153 says:

What about opening the garage door while it’s across rails

@dakoppel says:

Are you able to open the garage door with this installed? It looks like the track is blocked with the attachment? Thanks Jay!

@rufussthoo4083 says:

That looks like a decent solution for the garage golfer, Jay. However, I have some cautionary advice (from personal experience) to those thinking a retractible system is the 'perfect' solution. Think long and hard, and be realistic, about how often you will use the sim. If you'll be using it more than 2-3 times a week, you'll soon get sick of setting up, packing up, setting up, packing up, etc. even with this relatively simple system. Soon enough, it will remain permanently set up and the car will live outside. In that scenario, a fixed, more robust unit may be a better, cheaper option. My expensive (unnecessarily so, in hind-sight), top-of-the-line retractible system hasn't be retracted once in the past 12 months, because I use it several times a week.

@breeze787 says:

That was waaaaay impressive! I like that they have the right return net to catch shanks at about 2 feet and the left return net hardly at all for right handers. Very well thought out and ingenious solution for most American garages. I attempted to do something like the Gtrack but the hardware attachment solution is beyond my ability. The only thing that bothered me was the floppiness of the screen when the ball strikes it. That's how my present screen is. I prefer the screen to be a little tighter and I'm still working on that.
But what an ingenious design. I think golfers around the world are rejoicing. heh heh heh
