Just got the Spornia spg8. For a long time I thought I’d be getting the Forb cage. I went with spornia for 2 reasons: ease and speed of putting up and down, it’s literally 3 mins each way and I’m sure I’ll get that down to 2 mins with some practice. Then there is the ball return, which I love and means I can use it on the patio during the winter, without balls bouncing about of faffing with putting carpet down.
There was one reason against the Forb, which is I’d have to stand a few feet back to avoid my club hitting the top bar, once I’ve gone that far back it doesn’t offer much advantage height wise over the spornia.
Just don’t do what I did and buy from the US site thinking it’s cheaper, there’s a hefty import charge ????
Are you playing full shots into these or just chippy shots? And are they string enough for full on driving practice? Cheers ????
The Galileo (and similar nets) may be cheap, but they are a serious pain to set up unless you basically leave it up all the time. I regret getting one and most likely, I will just get a Spornia as it is the only net that I can find that is easy to setup, take down and store. PS I found it hilarious that your wife gave you a look after folding up the Spornia…
Check out Range Cage. The net is pretty good, especially for an indoor simulator set up
I have had a few nets in my time and by far the best I currently have is the Forb pop up cage net. For a high handicapper golfer who could literally hit it anywhere, this net is the safest and best for me. And like yourself, I can put it up and down relatively quick now I've got used to it.

For the same price the Hit Run Steal 10×7 blows away that Galileo. And it competes with $300-400 ones and it costs under $100.
