In this golf club fitting discussion, 2nd Swing master fitter Larry Bobka shares his thoughts on golfers struggling with their swing in a golf club fitting. It happens often with our master club fitters — golfers in a fitting may be nervous or may not be swinging the best that day. Or, perhaps the golfer just doesn't have a very consistent swing.
However, Larry believes these types of golfers can benefit the most from a golf club fitting. In this video, Larry sits down with 2nd Swing's Michael Geiger to share his thoughts.

This was me 2 weeks ago. My first fitting and my swing disappeared, I kept leaving the face open with my irons and everything was going short left. After an hour the fitter rescheduled me to come back in 2 weeks. He stated it happens for many reasons.
It's good that Larry mentioned about the fitter could step in to say there's something going on in your swing and to give some quick advice to help that person get back on track. Unfortunately and from experience, not all fitters will do that and will sometimes let the person twist in the wind which gives a really bad experience, a costly experience, too.
Can there be videos with the new fitters at the new AZ store so we can get to know them?
Excellent discussion .
I got fit last year at PXG…it was SO much fun. I was going thru a swing change at the time (still fine tuning it)…but it was a blast! I could do the fitting process everyday. They are right…its FUN!
Name drop eh? 😂
Can you fit someone that doesn't have a consistent swing? For a new or returning golfer when is the best time to get fit for clubs.
