Red also gives you the option to drop on the other side of the hazard
I’m not sure you can ground a club in a penalty area.

Is there a stroke penalty for hitting into a penalty area in addition to any relief penalty?
What about 2 club lengths anywhere along the staked penalty area no closer to the hole?
