  1. I wholeheartedly agree with Mark that these are some of the best clubs for juniors you can buy. A couple of months ago, I bought a used set of Ping Moxie clubs for my 12 year old and he loves them. They only cost me $40 and were in great condition. There are some great bargains to be had on used junior clubs because kids grow out of them so quickly. They really are worth going through the trouble of finding a bargain on a used set of these if you can't afford new.

  2. Thanks Mark, for this review. Really like the look of this set, as I've been interested in it as a future upgrade for my 8yo son. I totally agree with you about buy-in that the kids have when they own their own set of clubs. The sets are definitely tailored for the kids now, swing weights, lengths, shaft flex etc. to suit their growing bodies and physical strength. Thanks mate.

  3. [Using wifey's google account] Validation! I got a set of left-handed Moxie Ks for my six year old son a month ago and he loves them. My other son has the previous generation Caraway XJs and both are great sets. I went for Pings this time as the new Callaway XJ sets have too many clubs (7!) for a young junior – too much weight to carry and too much confusion over which to hit. With the Ping Moxie Ks you get a 3 wood, 7 iron, sand wedge and putter so decision making is much easier, and he practices much more with the same club. The putter is definitely the nicest club in the bag – I'm jealous!

  4. Just so we don't go too far off, what height range would this set fit? My 10 year old girl is due for a set and is 5'2". Not to go too far with "fitting", just don't want to be so far off it starts bad habits. Cheers Mark!
