ABOUT DANNY
———————–
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

On YouTube and my personal website (www.dannymaude.com) I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

Bill Golfer says:

I like your videos but I cant see how you could work with high handicappers and have that little table and the golf bag in front and to the right of where students are hitting from. There is no way its not going to get hit

Tripset says:

ACTIVATE WINDOWS…Great tips in all seriousness! Good swings thoughts!

Darren Australia says:

Thought with driver you had to slightly drop your trail shoulder?

Luis Vazquez says:

Phenomenal instruction. I've been golfing for about a month now. I will come back to report my results after watching this video!

BaconNDCheese says:

Hello, newbie golfer here, literally got into it a few days ago just for fun. How do you know how close you should be standing to the ball? I always find myself standing in a different spot even if Im using the same club lol

Gregg Carr says:

Danny I'm working on the technique but my question is ball position with irons. Does it change from the center and what would be an easy guide to remember

solo ADV travel says:

Hey Danny, thanks for everything!! I shared your info with my 28 yr old son (who got me golfing)… I had a question if you would about breathing….. set up breathing, backswing breathing and swinging breathing… Thanks! Cheers

Clint Cameron says:

Hi just want to know ow if when im setting up should the ball be I the middle of my stance as I slice the ball all the time 90% of the time when I do get a good drive its straight and long but I always slice the ball

Bill Golf says:

Danny your instruction is fantastic . Simple for simple golfers and great results. Best instructor on internet !

Barry Merlin says:

Your giving some great lessons Danny, They are right on. Now, taking them to the coarse is the next
step. Thanks for the awesome video. Stay safe and have fun.

Izaak Adams says:

I can’t wait to try this I find myself hitting across the ball a fair bit but could never figure out why hopefully this can sort it out!!

Judge Dayan says:

All useless gobbledygook.

Robert O'Riordan says:

Man I'd love to have a lesson with you.
Simple and easy tips given to average golfers

Filthy Ref says:

Danny, I really enjoy these videos. I've not enjoying playing lately, after seemingly forgetting everything and blowing out from a single handicap to mid-teens. Your videos are easy to watch and understand, and my game is starting to improve again. Thanks mate.

ZodiacProd says:

Cool. Circles, double dots, alignment. Just a few more things to add to other 112 things I need to remember for a perfect swing

Thomas Moore says:

I have a major challenge mentally completing the circle. I've lost ability to find the swing path down the line to my intended target. I end up de-accelerating. So frustrating! It's definitely a mental block.

Brian Pilley says:

Took my old Ping 13 OS irons out for a hit after watching this. Could not believe the difference. Always been ok golfer good chipper but not a good iron contact. 5-6 irons love hate relationship. Now can even hit the 4 iron. The best instruction I have ever watched. Thank u Danny. Over 40 years of golf and now strike the best I ever have. Simply Amazing.

Richard Tabloff says:

Danny, that was the best explanation on the proper low point of the swing I ever saw, outstanding !. I have one quick question, do I maintain the 60% on the left side through the swing? I can never find the low point in front of the golf ball. Thanks your the best!

Robert Gitsham says:

Use your advise all the time. One thing that's very basic, but surprisingly easy to mess up is the aiming point line up. Especially after you arrive at the ball and your shot isn't "straight", but at a high point of the green or you feel on an angle, making line up against the topography look "out of whack". Feet, elbows, club face… can all look a bit off.

Toxic Rock garden railroad Mike says:

You’re tip on alignment of my hips and rotating my body slightly towards the right instantly helped my slices with the driver, thanks so much

Relaxation for Better Health & Wealth says:

Exactly what I needed and so true. I recorded myself with my Gopro in slowmotioin mode on a tripod and I was able to see everything that you mentioned in the video. Now, I just have to wait for the weather to break again so that I can try your tips in this video. Spot on, thanks again.

PingDrv00 says:

How could you do a virtual lesson? I have the strike down, but struggle with adding power. My average numbers are 3.5 down and I average 1.41 in efficiency with irons. Any thoughts?

Todd Ciehomski says:

I’ve seen some pretty good golf hustlers use that ball in the back of the stance technique and just hook their way around the course to win 💵💵
