A lot of us are starting the golf swing from the wrong end of the kinetic chain. That would mean the arms and upper body starting the swing rather than the origin of the sequence coming from the ground.

Probably none of you will try this! but you can prove/teach yourself in 2 mins, the difference between hand /arm swinging,muscular effort and skilled athletic motion, in the different ways you swing a KB (or heavy practice ball bag) between your legs and up to the ceiling,Do it with sequenced skill and you will feel u could launch it into space!

  2. I’ve found some good and useful YT channels helping the golf swing but this one keeps giving me more and more. I am so glad I found this channel. I recommend it highly. Two weeks ago I used this type sequencing with minimal practice and already am seeing dividends. Thank you, sincerely. Won my league match again this evening.
