MY “DIY” GOLF NET based on this video –

I am Tom Saguto, PGA Member and founder of SagutoGolf. Thank you for visiting my instructional page where you can find how to get on the fast track to improving your golfing abilities. Whether you are a seasoned golfing veteran looking for a quick swing tune-up after an on-course emergency, or a beginner just looking to get the most out of your golfing experience, I am here to help you achieve your golfing goals.

My mission as your swing doctor is simple, to help you maximize your enjoyment in game of golf. Because, let’s face it, golf is a hard game.

My philosophy is wholly based on the student having a fun, meaningful experience in a frustrating and complicated game where potential lifelong golfers either quit because it is too difficult or that they experience some form of swing-related pain or discomfort. I mitigate these problems by focusing entirely on the student’s needs and goals while teaching a golf swing method that ultimately takes stress off of the common pain areas of the swing.

I combined the belt thought and the "take it back, throw the sack" thought it felt buttery toast smooth. Can't wait to go over to the range tomorrow, and launch some dingers. You the man Tom!

Joseph Shuster says:

You’ve changed my swing SO GOOD,,,, thanks,,,,,an 71 year old Veteran

Mark Lovell says:

Top tip Tom

Jim Riebe says:

My iron play has improved so much since watching your videos but I don't get the same results with the driver. I hit it straight but no added distance 🤷🏻‍♂️last 2 rounds were 75 and a 78 with a triple bogey on the latter round. Any suggestions. And I still play the back tees and don't want to move up one.🏌

DASH1ful says:

i totally agree that the right hip should move freely; but, it is worth noting that you get your right hip to rise when you turn your belt buckle towards the camera. and, that may, also, be a checkpoint for anyone who does this drill.

Joe E says:

Fantastico it’s raining and I’m going to play.

Jacob says:

Just imagine there is a restroom behind you. Go pee pee to the pisser to pee pee to the pin.

Hi Tom. I came across your videos a few months ago and have been studying them through a Wisconsin winter. Your technique is fairly close to one I've played for about 5 years, but your leg and arm work in conjunction with a "ground up" core based golf swing is outstanding! I've just had to opportunity to take your teachings to the range, 3 trips to date. Day one was strictly focused on the technical aspects of your teachings, which are easy to adapt to…with an open mind…lol. The positive results were instantaneous! I've fought over the top for decades, with my miss being a left pull. Day one I concentrated only on direction via a down range target. Still had a few pulls creep in, but no drastic misses.

Days 2 and 3 were revolutionary! Crisp, straight, irons and hybrid. Again, I'm not yet concerned with distance, that'll come later with open courses and playing a quality ball. But my only concern was consistent ball first contact and target line acquisition. While I still have the occasional miss, who doesn't, the results are off the charts…to the point that even at my 69 years a couple guys mozied over to watch and ask. Needless to say, I referred them to your videos.

Thanks, mate!

Great video! I'm loving your golf school also! Thanks Tom.

Immerman Arnold says:

Hello Tom tnx very much for your expert tuition
When I turn my hips i have a tendency to roll the wrists on the backswing
What do you suggest I do reduce this tendency
Best wishes from South Africa

bob pues says:

Ya, baby!!! Love it….. you have absolutely revolutionized the game for me, Tom!!

Rodger says:

Krispy Tom, thanks for the Video matey, come down to South Australia one day big fella 🙂

Jungwook Hahn says:

You are truly the best golf instructor on youtube!!!!! Went out to an indoor driving range and tested your buckle swing and not quite 100% there but i hit quite a few of them past 190 yards with a 7 iron. I’m only used to 150ish on good days.

Scott P says:

All this deep fried crispness is going to raise my LDL and have me on a statin in no time

D.A. Sell says:

Gotta be honest….after watching your videos, I did exactly what I’ve seen you teach, and shot my lowest round ever….81. Granted I’ve only been golfing just over two years. I know I know, it’s not nothing overly exciting, but it is when your rounds prior to your vids were over 100…!!!! I stay in the “crispy, buttery mashed potatoes” zone these days….best internet coach ever, hands down!
