What was your swing speed before this session and what was it after? Great video's I am learning a lot!
Simply employing science (centrifugal force and gravity) and physics (biomechanics) to maximise speed.
Another great video, Brendon. Love these with Dr. Kwon (and Milo).
Am I missing something, in thinking that the Dr. K swing drills (rope and various stages) do not seem to put one's body into the bent over impact position that I think I see on pro's swings down the line views?
What am I missing here?
I do this drill with all golf clubs.. no rope needed..
I like Dr. Kwon, but I am having trouble deciphering his audible English, but not his visionary motions and examples. Thanks again for the extra input.
I'd be interested in thoughts on Moe Norman's claim to fame – the single plane swing, now taught primarily by Todd Graves, why or why not and would you film a training session with him showcasing your attempt at the SP swing?
Brandon went thru this exact exercise with Dan Martin and using The pro. Kind of a rip off .
during setup, you pick your head up and sight the target so you're seeing it from a different position than you hit it

A lot of Manuel De La Torre in this. Stay centered, put the club over your right shoulder, swing the whole club with your arms over your left shoulder
I love these videos with Dr Kwon. If you don’t think it makes a difference watch his channel and see the difference in swings from his lessons. Temp is everything
Is this a lesson on how to discipline kids in the 50’s?
I never could understand how Percy Boomer's 'swing in a barrel' could get any horizontal forces while staying within the barrel walls. Now I know!! Thanks Dr. Kwon! As always a fantastic video.

How do you determine what length/size rope is right for your body?
Stick with Monte, no turn, cast drill, simple and effective, and Mike Malaska, never seen so much nonsense, and your swing Brendan, hasn't improved one bit despite all these lessons with various teachers
What is the daily 15 minute routine one if the students asked about?
