Thanks for that, makes good sense to me. Unfortunately for me, when I go to actually hit a golf shot, the old disconnect tends to reappear no matter how hard I try to avoid it.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for revealing an effortless golf swing technique without the normal expense. So the wrist set is more of an active thing rather than a passive thing, correct?
Andy you did a video 6 months prior to this one called backswing connection where you also used the alignment stick in the same manner.
The only difference is the stick did not brush down your thigh in that one. Can you clarify please? Thanks so much for the tips!
