artbsi says:

Please explain to me how is it simple to make 3 different moves within 1 second of your swing. For those of us that need this type of lessons are not athletic enough to turn, squat, and turn again within one second and make a perfect impact at the ball. We have enough trouble just turning and returning the club to it's original position.

Lenard Tan says:

Great teaching tips

Donald Schmidt says:

Great video Alex!! I love the idea of winding up rather than turning. The down shift following the backswing is beautifully illustrated. The term "back up" is a great idea as well. Your words are powerful and simple. A swing thought must be correctly phrased to create the Aha Moment. You do. This is your best video by far!!!

Robyn Parent says:

Thank you! Absolutely loved this lesson. I had gotten much to hip and turn focused. Just had a great round with thoracic “wind-up” focus and forget about everything else!

Herbert Blechinger says:

A great tip from you. Tried to implement it today on the lap and it almost always worked great👍👍

Vim9654 Mitt says:

I think right side bending i think when i go down and I have entire weight on left side.

This was an aha moment for me and a new subscriber for you.

Mike Haynes says:

Hmm, but the hips do move. You can teach a different ‘feel’, but the hips should and do move.

Eagle Jim says:

A big issue for me is keeping my arms supple. When I do, I'm much more successful.

Manny S says:

A great explanation, thank you!

Wataru Miyanari says:

English is not my first language but your golf lesson is very easy to understand thank you 😊 aloha

Randy Velder says:

Love your lessons alot like stack and tilt I think shoulder down in backswing works for me.

Frank Canzanella says:

Alex your video surprisingly helped me learn the meaning of the expression, “ using the ground “. The only way to use the ground is to feel for gravity. Deep knee bends and push-ups feel for gravity. Maybe my lower back won’t ache as much now. Arnold Palmer talked about the left shoulder pointing to the ball. The only way to keep the left arm straight is to bring the left shoulder down to the ball. I wanted to think more about my hip movement. But your downward movement fits between the Backswing and Downswing.

Kip says:

Wow…so simple yet so effective! Really like the tip on dropping down a bit to the ball on follow through and then back up. Also great simple tip on using an alignment stick to practice the sequence. Bravo mate!

Rome1031 says:

This video is absolutely awesome. I wish I had this information 30 years ago😂⛳️

Chuck Martin says:

I love this video. I been suffering with low back pain for years. I am going to work on using my upper back more with the lowering into my hips. Thank you Alex

paul Reynolds says:

Thank you. At last a swing that prevents my lower back pain. Been suffering from the Turn /Hip rotation, hence Lowe pain results. Thank you 😊
