What stands out to me is the perfect knee flex that is maintained throughout the swing. Knee flex is a massively misunderstood and often overlooked part of the swing. Too little knee flex creates tension and leads to locking out the rear knee at the top. Too much knee flex moves you closer to the ground. I’d rather see too much than too little
