Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

On YouTube and my personal website (www.dannymaude.com) I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

  1. Looking forward to implementing these into my routine. As a lefty slicer the vast majority of fairways I've played leave me an extra 50-80 yds to the green because of my slice. This will help me immensely. Thank you.

  2. When I began playing i had a shuffle of okay low slice into the short rough, to too often deep in the forest using the big Bertha style drivers.
I bought myself a set of antique wooden clubs with very small faces.
    Poof.
Im at the worst slicing to the edge of the fairway (but still feel im rolling my shoulder in the loop you spoke of).
Also lining up my left foot with the club i don't think about at times (busy gabbing to the others as im lining up).
My big handicap is putting unfortunately.
Thanks for the detailed explanation and I subscribed.

  3. Thank you for this!! Been searching for the fix to my slice and it finally clicked today. It was my tilt. Touching the back knee put me in the proper posture for the driver swing and helped properly align my front shoulder that was too open.

  4. I am the causal at the driving range. Never really really considered picking up golf until my job changed. But I have a slice too ? gonna practice with your tips and hopefully I don’t embarrass myself too much in front of the boss and coworkers lol

  5. Thanks I have been invited to play golf having not hit ball for at least 15years.
Historically I've alway had a bit of a fade when hitting woods but not irons.
And it's worse the harder I try to hit them
years ago I practiced with a cricket stump placed so that it forces you to hit inside to out because the natural slicing swing will cause you to hit the stump.
I also made a smaller version with a base and some dowel to take to the driving range it worked but you get some funny looks.
I'm going to hit the driving range next week end with your 5 tips in mind as the golf day has been arranged for 3 weeks time. I'm hoping my short game is still reasonable and as a "non player" I will get the max handicap so If i can break 100 i'll be in for a shout.

  6. I was hitting about 2 fairways per round to start the season, I watched this video and hit 13 fairways the next round. Feeling the club head drop by my back foot was a really good cue for me
