Can this drill use in the downswing?
So there is no lateral movement to the left on the downswing? If so I’m confused as most other well known tutors advocate a drift to the left, if RH? Can you please clarify?
When you do hip rotation to the right, what type of hip rotation is it? Internal or external?
On my first lesson the pro pointed this out at the start. . Amazing how this fix corrected other things as well. He gave me a feel drill thats working but I will for sure add this into my routine.

I tried this drill and then removed the stick and couldn't believe the distance my shots were going. Best advice ever to help store power in the back swing. A truly eureka moment.

I`ve been golfing for around 20 years, struggling to break 90. I was not able to attain an outstanding round for the last 3-4 years until I finished reading these golf swing secrets , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it). I am not efficient when using my irons. I could handle driver appropriately but could only reach a restricted range..
Because of these golf swing techniques , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it), I was able to find out “hows” and “whys” of a great golf swing and its different elements. My irons raised 15 yards and my driver raised 25 after I done reading the guide for the 2nd time. Due to these developments, I`m more confident and I`m having more enjoyment with playing golf.
Wow I wish I would have found this video and drilll a long time ago. Been struggling with poor hip movement (rotation) and a sway for years. Best drill for hip work I've seen.
I was able to attain a 73-point shot after reading, practicing, and performing the methods evident in golf swing strategies. Another achievement I`ve done is reaching 13 of 18 greens in regulation. I also almost strike the green with a distance of Five to 10 yards on the other Five holes. My handicap is a nine so I do not shoot 73s on a regular basis. When I think about it, I haven’t experienced an exceptional round for a long period. I found this book by Google. Name is Logan Ballοyshot
I just completed reading through these golf swing secrets last week before heading out and placing the exercises to the test. I had been at it for Thirty years, but I was stunned that my swinging abilities was still improved. I think we all struggle with the concept of hip rotation. Your drill using visual aids really explains the term keep centred. Years ago my professional at the time coaching me kept saying keep centred. Your losing your centre. This video makes sense. Thanks John blagg

I think learning to properly rotate the hips is the foundation of the swing. This is a great tip which ive never seen, thanks. Flexibility in the hips is crucial to this. I have a great 5 minute hip rotation routine on my channel that could help your students in their quest for lower scores.
