Havent watched the video yet but never try and swing slow in fact most should try and speed up their initial shoulder move that starts the swing. I used to have the longest most laborious backswing ever, why because bad teaching had told me 101 things/positions i should be doing on my backswing and half my downswing was recovering from this BS!
