Jackie is a good addition to your videos. Her swing speed is probably closer to most of ours than Thomas’s. It’s fun watching Thomas blast driver 300 yards, but that’s not realistic for most of us. Keep the videos coming.
I bought the 718 ap1 new and they are great I’ve tried newer irons but found no improvement
I just sold my G400 irons to buy the G425's. A lot of mid 70's to low 80's rounds on those G400's, I think they are great for anyone that wants to hit the ball high and straight.
I bought some demo Cobra F7 irons at the beginning of 2018, most of the clubs were like new and they only cost me $150.
Distance is king, but with irons control, and accuracy is paramount to better scoring, straighter (and solid) is always better period!
That’s the first time I ever heard Titleist described as budget value irons.
Excellent video! I just started playing this year and played with some old Forged Cleveland blades. I really like them, but feel like I need some more distance ( 9 iron was only going 100 yards ). So I ended up buying some Callaway X Hot 2s a month ago. I haven’t hit them yet, but they should help from what I’ve seen and read on them. If anything they might be a little over kill?. But I can’t wait for this VT winter to finish up and get back out there! Thanks for all the great content and advice 2nd swing!
