  1. Best drill in golf! Alex: I'm so glad you stressed keeping your knees together. I wasn't doing that. Thanks, again, for all your great instruction!

  2. This drill works soooo well for me!!! I incorporated into my pre shot routine, and has been tremendous in helping my body feel the natural athletic motion of the swing versus thoughtful mechanical movement.

  3. Love this drill, great explanation. I find that all the videos I can find on this drill have similar, not surprisingly, though slightly different insights on the same drill.

  4. I'm going to try this during my rounds on my practice swing as you suggest. My iron play is my weakest part. Some fat some thin. Not all as I actually score ok. My driving is good. Mainly the irons. That's my goal in 2021 to become more consistent in my iron play.

  5. I think you posted this video 4 years ago. I watched it for the first time yesterday and did try your tip on the golfcourse today. Better late than never! And it worked. How it worked!
I must say I was a bit sceptic at first, as always, but now I’m convinced and happy ?
The drill really took care of both lack of rythm and problem with swaying and coming over the top.
And this almost immediately! Superdrill and great advice. Thank you! Very impressed.

  6. Tried this, I basically hit the exact same shots I normally hit, but cleaner and more consistent. I think I could play like this and score lower. I usually shoot 90 or so.

  7. Incorporated this into my range practice and pre-shot routine and its made a dramatic difference in ball flight, distance and certainly direction. Irons are crisp, fairway woods have a penetrating flight and the driver is now long and controllable. Prior to the change my HC was a 13–last five rounds were 74 72, 72 70 and 69. This golf season is looking good. Thank you.

  8. Really good drill, I hit the ball about 10 yards shorter with feet together than with normal swing, but I get very good contact. With this I can eliminate my too sometimes too heavy use of legs and hips
