Stuber Scripts says:

1:00 stance
ball position 1:41
backswing 2:45
unwind 5:12

Mike Elliott says:

This is what I have been working on lately, and it has changed my entire swing. Feeling the connection from my feet to my hands the entire swing, by activating my core, stretching, coiling, and holding at the top, then increasing speed through the ball.

Luc Paquette says:

Hi Rick! I really love what you do.

I’m 64 years old, single digit handicap, 5’ 7´´ and I swing around 90/91 mph club head speed 😔. I am desperately in need for more club head speed. Is it possible to gain +/- 10/15 mph club head speed at my age? I have started to do the super speed protocols (5 weeks in the protocol) and getting +/- 108 mph with the green stick (max speed) which probably translated to only 2 mph gain with my driver (i was 88/89 mph before)when hitting a ball. I feel that when I am « all out » for speed and increasing backswing length the arms especially are the one that I feel the most « rushing » to get the speed on the downswing. I would love to get past 95 mph (100 being a dream goal) only with that kind of training or should I incorporate other training thoughts/exercise/technique?

LPT12 says:

Nuru Karim says:

Had my swing tested today, i was swinging at 112 with my normal swing i clocked 120 with my hardest swing and im honestly so flipping proud with that result

Furthy Thirtyfour says:

#Rick, if the ball travels further with a driver when it is hit high, why not use a driver with a 12.5 degree loft instead of having to make changes in your stance with spine angle etc.? How about testing it out on Trackman?

Joseph Delacruz says:

Play this video at .25 speed lol

Matthew Ramirez says:

i suck i need a good set of clubs papas

Neil says:

Great video…thank you. Quite annoying drum sound though, I'm not keen on drums and piano etc. In my golf lessons.

DWM Klaver says:

nice instruction, could you also tell at what point of the ball your looking at during the swing.
For example do you look straight up/above the ball or are you more aiming towards an a little bit sideways of the ball?
Thank you in advance Rick

Shann_Daddy93 says:

Hey Rick,
Any tips for us heavier golfers? I’ve found my range of motion isn’t as wide as others.

J C says:

What launch monitor are you using in this video? Also, what's your trigger on the downswing preventing yourself from coming over the top? Do you have a video that shows this?

Brendan Kurylo says:

This is what Bert Kreischer would look like if he wasnt 240 pounds

Coby Powell says:

My 13 year old brother can hit 285yds average

T James Organizing says:

111 x 2.5 = 277 carry (you claimed 283) then 115 x 2.5 = 287 (you are getting 298) your formula is a bit higher (2.54 and 2.59 yards per mph swing speed)

Ben says:

If you have a higher lofted driver (10.5, 11 degree or higher) do you need to tilt as much?

Cooper R says:

Hey I know this training was nine months ago. But I just want to say thank you! My driver before only carried about 275, but after about three weeks of working on it I finally carry at 300 today!!! Thanks so much Rick

Golfingfan361 says:
