A little shallow.
Just over 5 weeks out from my powerlifting meet where I will be competing in the 114lbs raw division.

230 will be 2x bodyweight, this is only 215. Lately I've been doing a lot of 5×5 training. My last squat training day prior to this mock meet I did 5 sets of 3 at 90% of my previous max.
