  1. nicely done review!!!!…I am a higher HC golfer searching for a budget hybrid to keep in my bag , as I do not carry a 3, 4, or 5 iron …..I found some used Pinemeadow Excel EGI Hybrids for sale in my area at a real bargain price…..going to give them a try….thanks

  2. Good video, just purchased a set of Mizuno JPX 921 Hot Metal "Combo" that has these hybrids replacing the 5 and 6 irons, I then ordered the #4 JPX 921 FlI HI. What I like most is the JPX 921 FLI HI clubs are matched to the Hot Metal clubs so there is no distance gap, they are designed as direct replacements for the 4, 5 & 6 irons for distance. The 2020 JPX 921 FLI HI are significantly upgraded from the 2019 version.

  3. I tested a Ping G410 Hybrid. It looked good, I flew high with good spin, but I found my lateral dispersion was too large. I also tried a Cleveland HB Turbo hybrid-iron ( similar concept to the Mizuno HiFly ) and put three shots within a 2 metre circle. Impressed! I would like to try the Wilson Launchpad equivalent product, mainly because the Mizunos are so expensive in Oz.

  4. Just awaiting delivery of mizuno fli- hi 4 & 5 , Chosen them over the srixon zu85 .Both performed well but I feel mizuno easier to use . However needed two, srixon £50 a club more and that makes a difference . Great top 5 , thanks for your efforts.

  5. I recently tried a Cobra F9 and Callaway Epic Flash both at 21 degrees and I couldn't hit them as far as my 22 degree Cobra F7. Quite surprised and disappointed at the same time.

  6. I recently traded up my Rogue which was a peach – not yet got the same reliability from new stick, trading towards the winter never easy though, so too early to judge ?

  7. Hello, Andy,
as always, a good video. Thank you. I just wonder about the placement of the M6. In your test video you said: "probably the best hybrid you ever hit".
I’m confused now, because your opinion is important to me for my purchase decision.
    Regards
    Sascha

  8. After many years of using long Irons with good effect I decided to try a hybrid and have to say I love it. I bought a Wilson C 300 and not a top of the range and its a good addition in my bag.

  9. Pxg hybrid , it’s the only hybrid that’s been able to stay in my bag , 235 carry every time ,straight and stops within 2 feet , can depend on it , if I can run it in I use my 2 iron ,if it’s guarded by bunkers this hybrid is the bees knees .

  10. Playing a M4 #4 and an old cobra #3 that I love for different reasons. The cobra is a beast off the tee and good lies. The m4 I can hit out of anything.

  11. Andy I hate hybrids! I always hit them left hook! Until ping g410 and the flat setting. Now I have 2 with my blueprint irons.cant believe no love for Ping mate?

  12. I have to say I am very happy with my Ping G hybrids in 4,5 and 6. However, the first hybrids I bought years ago were Mizuno and I loved them. I still play Mizuno irons.
